Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:
- Open the HLS VIDEO PLAYER app on your device.
- Go to the settings menu.
- Find the option for "Account Settings".
- Select "Delete Account" and follow the prompts to confirm.
Data Handling
When you delete your account, the following data will be deleted:
- Your login credentials
- Personalized preferences and settings
- Any history or saved data associated with your account
We do not retain any of your personal data after account deletion.
Retention Period
After you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
